Will it be possible to have a super slav advisor voice in the future, and maybe a have a slav robot with a ushanka for the "species" portrait, if these every come true then this will truely become blyatiful

should be fixed. ai couldn't start with the traits or civics but they could reform thier government to have it or genetically modify thier species

I know in a multiplayer game a couple of friends and I did one time some of the AI had civic T34

Hey can you disable civic_means_of_production on the main build. It seems pretty much impossible to play without that because the AI will grab it and it kinda breaks the game with how much stuff you get when you have it

Not sure for portraits, this is only civics and traits, maybe one day. And ill probably make one for non machine empires eventually.
