how to use?

im just glad someone made the old sandbox before it was lost forever. (suicidal sheepy included) forever will this be a good map to throw a random idea at.

not played besiege in years gonna get back into with dlc coming soon. thanks for the old sandbox back no idea why they would remove it as an option

i was more offering to send you vehicles that rely on the old sandbox so you could make adjustments based on the positions from the vehicles

@hyperviper this map was created by myself in 1 evening, switching between versions of the game where there is an original. therefore, there are significant differences, but I tried to transfer the speed and scale as accurately as possible

@godless do you want me to look through my relic subscriptions and find vehicles that used this old map to work? none of the vehicles seem to work due to minor differences in this map and the actual one

@Nejiuzeb put the laptop nearby, and all evening transferred and adjusted the map in the editor, pixel by pixel, all manual work, so there may be inaccuracies.

how did you update a map?

For those having problems to load it, you need to go in this order to find it:

1/ in game enter "level editor"
2/ in the editor menu select "load level"
3/ select "steam workshop"
4/ if it doesn't show, press "refresh"
5/ HAVE FUN :-)

Btw thanks Godless, the old sandbox is way more fun, it's bright and happy, only things I noticed is you changed the oil in the buckets to flaming balls and, levetating platforms don't seem that strong as I remembered, hidden pistons behind that teleport in place (no problem but scared the shit out of me first time) and little castle has door instead of gate.

(I've played the hell out of the old sandbox so I notice all these things, great work btw)

in the editor (or in hosting a multiverse server) go into the map options and there should be a steam workshop button thats blue, click it and it will bring up your subscribed items. you can also load the workshop from there ;)
