I just came across this map again and it really took me back to when i played arma my freshman year of college back in 2018. It felt nice to just wander around and really take in the map. I hope youre doin well man.

It's a huge map, somewhat similar to the Australia map. 40960x40960m is massive. Liberation on this map is a great, lots of fun. I'm on the hunt for the next big map also!

@hvchaos No problems on my end. Your mods might be corrupt or another mod is breaking it. Try running with only the dependencies. If it doesn't work, repair your mods and try again. If it does work with only its dependencies, it's another mod in your main list that's breaking it. So uh, good luck figuring out which.

@Mr. J Soda, those mod sets have a painful amount of detailed assets. It's possible the server load just said "fuck this" because this is a 40km map and those are extremely detailed mods. Put together all at once, probably not good.

But might I ask why you'd run such heavy maps at the same time? Are you doing a map rotation? I see no sense otherwise in having them loaded together. Maps are *the* heaviest impact on server load time when launching.

Not sure why, but either there's no houses on the map, or it just isn't loading for me, anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue? All dependencies are loaded in aswell.

So, not sure how it could be fixed, but my unit has found that Deniland has a issue with https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2764686098 and https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2764740492 , that caused servers to hard crash whenever all were loaded and Deniland was played.

I was mistaken. It does require CUP Terrains - Maps.

I don't know why, but it barfs up an error if I try removing it.

Anyway also this mod says it needs "CUP Terrains - Maps" as a dependency... Are you SURE about that? There shouldn't be any assets that this map could possibly use that are in "CUP Terrains - Maps" because everything is in "CUP Terrains - Core" which you already have as a dependency.

As I understand, it is possible to configure where in the world the map is "located" to affect the sun rising/setting angles, and affect the length of the day depending on time of year. Perhaps this is what they mean?

@D'Paula Do you mean latitude and longitude? If so, there isn't latitude and longitude. This map isn't created by real world terrain.

Deniland requires CUP terranins Core and Maps. 'CUP_ibr_plants' should be included in terrains core. I just started Arma with: Deniland, CBA_A3, CUP Terrains Core and CUP Terrains Maps and play on Deniland without any error.

Map is gorgeous but unable to build. You cannot see what you are placing so it makes building anything a difficult task at best.

Found a lamp post in Veliki Mrav [220098] that is off but all of the others are on, to be fair that specific village is pretty dark is this intended?

The requirement for CBA seems unecessary.

Neither CUP Terrains Core or CUP Terrains Maps require it. The terrain itself seem to require it neither also,, as i can start Arma3 and load the terrain in the editor without any warnings or errors without CBA being loaded.

at coordinates X = 28624.365 and Y = 18302.836 there is a big rock covering the road, which prevents AI from proper driving, any chance to get that fixed?

Dear Marko, while the map is great. There is a
KP liberation mission port for your map. The mission lets players build bases. Various objects can be built. Unfortunately, there seems to be some incompatibility between your map and the mission framework of Kp Liberation. Every other map, official and non official, do work. It is this map only, at least from what I know, that seems to have an issue with this mission. Do you have a clue, why this might be?

Map is updated. Now you can create river missions. All bridges are higher and the river is deeper. Even MkV SOC can pass under a bridge.

I really love your work! It is a truly beautiful work of art. It's also the only map that I have ever come across with a river being such an important element in the design. Like Furia, I would love to be able to make missions that leveraged it more fully. River patrols, civilian boats, etc. would add so much to a mission!

If you don't have time to update your map any longer, would you be OK with me taking a crack at moving the bridges and maybe deepening the fords?

I am really enjoying it! I am playing a LIberation campaing there and this is the terrain I am enjoying most on this type of scenario. I have a request in case that would be possible and you would like to consider it. Could the main bridge and some of the main river bridges to be a bit more higher so the Assault boat or eevn the MKV SOC boat could transit the river from the sea? I would love to be able to navigate the river with one of those boats from the sea. Thanks!!

Absolutely beautiful map. We are playing a Liberation campaing on it and it is really stunning.
It is huge but very FPS friendly. Ideal for vehicles and aircraft. At this moment, may favourite ARMA 3 map. Thanks a lot !!!!!!! :steamhappy:

Seems like an extremely good and large map. Haven't seen how it works with a campaign or in multiplayer yet so that is the only problem to be determined.

AI will actively spawn and move around on this map with ravage mod on a local.

-whether it works on a dedicated server, remains to be seen.
