Instead of designating for cutting, the wood cutters will simply look under blueprints and cut what is needed

It's so that colonists not directly assigned to construction can still help by cutting down the trees in the area.
It's funny that colonists who "will never cut plants" will happilly do so to build a building...
It may have some effects.
This MOD designates the plant cutters to cut plants.
But this MOD cannot prevent builders cutting plants.
Thats actually good. Trivial, but good
A colonist who is assigned to construction cuts plants on planned construction site or planned installation site.
But if the colonist has no growing skill, this work takes long time.
So I make this MOD to reduce a thing like this.
