It's a bit strange for an ability called ahimsa to grant bonuses when you're at war. It means you are encouraged to declare war. Wouldn't it be more logical if you got a small bonus (say +10%) for every civ you're at peace with?

I'm so glad someone added this (although the character model needs some work lmao). Out of all the storied rulers of India, the Mauryas, the Cholas, the Mughals, the Pandyas, etc they go with Gandhi who was only ever the president of the Indian National Congress, an activist organization/political party. Also, I would change Ashoka's agendas to go from warlord in the early game to pacifist diplomat by the end. It would be even better if Ahimsa, his ability, lowered his previous warmongerer penalties through the spread of his religion, rather than being the exact same as Gandhi's
