Where are the dynamites and how to start the game? I've already searched the whole map!

@Scatta - There's 18 possible locations, only 9 spawn each round. 1 underneath the windmill, 1 near the lavafall trap closer to the T tester, continuing counter clockwise, there's 1 on the upper standalone rock formation near the tree, 1 on the lower standalone rock formation (at the base of the brick house balcony stairs), 1 on the beach on the rock below the wheat farm, 1 underground in the tunnel connecting to the sewer, 1 in the small shore hut, 1 on the rock formation near the lava pit trap, 1 on the cliff next to the stone stairs going toward lighthouse (...)

(...) 2 in the canyon between the lighthouse and windmill (up near the two story brick house, and the other down low on the lighthouse side on the rocks), 1 eye-level on the rocks at the end of the bridge between lighthouse and windmill (on the windmill side), 2 on the back side of the lighthouse cliff wood stairs, 1 on the cracked stone stairs near the boat, 1 on the boat's anvil, 1 on the rock next to the dock near the boat, 1 at the cliff side of the plank between the destroyed wood house and the lighthouse cliff.
