Just ran an admin string, an advanced one, scratch what I said.

Try give and only the id

Also I tried entering in the ID's.... no luck...

What do you mean? it is a normal item

You do /give (item id) ingame in singleplayer whit cheats on...

can you make another version/edit this one to make it so you can get it in game

What brought you to make a TEC-9 when we already have one?

It's the same gun in the same style. I did make the model more accurate to the real gun then the tutorial which skipped some things. And yes I have seen that one before and I just thought that it would be fun to make a tec-9.
