How does 'Full language support' work? I've never used it and wouldn't know how to start...

Latest update: Full language support has been added.
This tech tree appears when you hover at the suggested tech in the research tab.
thought i'd let you know
Considering techs may be out of date, I take it you had to manually set the relations between the technologies and couldn't just generate the dependencies from the game files? You had even more work for this than I imagined, once again thank you for your work
2) Like that? https://i.imgur.com/Ov5mkjG.png
2 questions:
1) can I use it with any version of 2.0? (aka does it work with the 2.0.2 beta)
2) would it be possible to add an indication in which of the 3 tech categories the different techs are? (like say a colored P/B/E after the tech name)
