Replaces Helicopter Gunship. Can take cities. Can give helicopter rides to defeated units, providing culture if you drop them in coastal tiles.
Error 404: Sides not found.
As far as I am aware, the reliance on xml changes causes those mods, to be PC only, and my PC has continually failed at running the vox populi mods, without game breaking bugs.
E.g. Not being able to select city production.

Mussolini was in Info Era, he wanted to upgrade all his Dreadnoughts into his unique Littorios super-badly, but the rarity of Oil allowed him only a couple upgrades. Presidente Mussolini was also a Great Friend of Chile... until he bullied Kzyzl and Glorious Presidente had to say Payback to keep the city-state in Chilean pockets. Well instead of understanding Chile's position on the matter... LONGTIME ALLY MUSSOLINI ITALY REPUBLIC DECLARED WAR ON GLORIOUS CHILE.
"It is Time to FIGHT! May the best of us WIN!" said Il Duce. He was also thinking this was going to be another Ethiopia, another Sudan, what with Glorious Chile being bogged down on two other fronts fighting strong Ottomans and neutered but CS-backed Mayans.
At least the Cardoens could take cities, so that's a plus given that this game had EVERYTHING in abundance... but Good Luck finding Oil. Mind boggling to see CP AI still using *fleets* of 1890s Dreadnoughts in 2035 AD, bombarding str 111+ cities, because Oil was just that damned rare, but it was civ fun so it was ok.
- Didn't even realize Shock Doctrine was a thing. Had plenty of trade deals going on until the very last 100 turns, and didn't notice the extra xp or yields.
- Need to fill in the Strategy writeup on the Cardoen.
- Cardoen is very weak compared to everything else I had. Everyone took the same ideology as Glorious Presidente (Freedom) so there was no one to test the heli rides on. Super niche unit.
- No Events even though Events were enabled. :/
Otherwise, very fun game. Learned a bit more on how CP AI operates, that you cannot depend on liberating dead civs anymore, or that DPs do not automatically expire each time someone DOWs the victim.
I hope you will continue updating this, Hoop.
Am enjoying the most Chilean game ever atm.
