Hey, I think the Iron Sword is one of the coolest looking weapons in the game and so any damage buff means I can use it for longer than rather than having to upgrade to something that looks silly. Why would you download this mod to sell the weapon? Thank you Cronnoc for finally buffing my favourite weapon.

It's a 99% useless bonus. The only bonus is making one merchant instantly poor. And you can do that with a daedric warhammer. Or an enchanted one if you have points in speech. My previous post was simply to let you know how to potentially make your mod more successful. When the only two people who posted on your mod read the description, they both commented on your "bonus". That's like making a quest mod and saying "also, this 2 hour quest mod comes with a free pot added to your inventory!". While that would probably be somewhat comical, it would be useless when regarding the point of the mod.

as i said the money bit is just a bonus

Alright, but unless you're new to Skyrim and not just to modding, then you should have realized that the money part doesn't really matter. I'd guess that most Skyrim players won't like this mod for that reason primarily. The "max base damage" part is kind of interesting, and if you apply that to more weapons then that might be neat. Depends on what your modding goals are...
