Nice add-on! Fixed the texture for you a bit, if you wanna update. Made the donkeys grey, as they are more commonly than light brown, as well as removed the hump and added the mane in the rear view.

@Telemak yes, donkeys can be hunted, butchered and eaten with no problems
@Gnaa It should be compatible, donkeys should work just like vanilla animals, however I have not tested them with any mods.

I have not tested it fully, but I'm not sure you can hunt & butcher & eat donkeys safely. But I have tons of mods. Someone should confirm.
