Unfortunately it has not updated to 1.0 yet,
Hope one day you will be willing to update them :)
My HDD containing works in progress broke during May and I announced this in Ludeon. The incident has discouraged me from continuing modding until I manage to save money to pay the high fee in recovering the data from the HDD. The HDD contained over a thousand of unreleased textures and was the main hub for new mods and updates.
In the meantime I focus on my Army and Navy application for the UK, which has been neglected by me due to personal issues and modding to death as my runaway from problems.
I left more details here:

Lots of things were planned and in progress, but for now Red Horse is at a halt.
Keep in mind to people who just leave the word "B19" yes I bloody know. I got Cs in high school cause I'm a bit thick but I know when the game is updated, the problem is I have many mods and such little time. One mod can't be updated within 2-3 days, my stuff is usually big so they're not that simple rebalancing and fixing textures with issues on em
Apologise if you took this to the heart, I did not meant that your mod suck or anything like that. I indeed missed your non-steam workshop mod. What I meant is that there are very few body armor mods (like the actual body armor, not just clothing) that I not only enjoy but have to actively use, since there is a need for it (against raids). Also don't foget how immersive these are. Your pawns in these armors really make you feel like your little town has it's own military force.
The idea was for the pirates and NPCs to spawn with more variety of clothing, most of the civvies there are uncraftable, only purchaseable and lootable. All of the combats are for your colony, and there's also backpacks now that allows pawns to have more carrying capacity.
I didn't just make engravings here, I made sure people get tactical advantage
Here's some of the previews that weren't shown in that post:

They are pretty much the same outfits here, but with different camo. I made it to temporarily satisfy people while I update this one.

In this link is an updated B19 outfit mod that may satisfy some tacticool clothing needs, it is currently unreleased for Steam, available for manual download through this link.
Rimmu-Nation Clothing B19, has Afghanistan/Iraq war and PMC gear available. There's also Spetsnaz clothing in there for the alcoholics.
Besides working on one billion other mods, I'm rebooting the old BDU designs, the helmet designs and obviously now there's the new vanilla balancing for armors and I have to adapt everything to that.
Still redoing the ceremonial outfit for the USMC, and no I'm not gonna do ceremonial dresses for the Army, they can do that on their own with all that funding they get
At the moment, I'm working on a filler mod for the uniforms called "Rimmu-Nation: Clothing" where some milita gear is available, stuff like Multicam combat uniforms, M81 camo uniforms and the classic DCU gear from War in Afghan is available.
When this is updated with the British one, they're gonna have their factions walking around with their respective knick-knacks like Rip-It energy drinks, tobbaco chewing and whatever else you Yanks use to survive war.
Till' then folks, standby!
When the mods stay free, I can go around and be slow as hell while you guys get annoyed cause I'm outside also dealing with life stuff, but when people pay me, there's obviously expectation for me to get the job done sooner which I can't do. I'd rather not disappoint people who pay me.
To that, thank you very much for the offer, and I love you alot.

Just give it time folks :)
