There's no reason it should... Even if you go back to the same save file it shouldn't still be there. As for deleting it, go into Skyrim vanilla mod manager disable it then delete it at the bottom corner of the screen. If that doesn't work you'll have to go to your Skyrim mods folder and manually delete Than home.esm

@Who? No, its just behind breezehome when you fast travel to whiterun simply turn right and follow the street until you set a house with 2 Aspen trees (the ones in riften) and in!
Otherwise it is between Ysoldas house and the house of this old womand which always sith in front of her house!
Check if the mod is correctly installed!
