@The_Watcher the lamia mod features a piece of clothing that gives you wing-arms, iirc. these wings don't look very much like draconis wings, anyway

ya know this actually looks like it would work with draconis and i can confirm it doesnt raise compatibility issues either so you might want to add that as a mod that can be recommended since the outfits from it look perfect for this

No. It's a visual mod, nothing else.
