If you are playing against Santa, he will occasionally say "Placeholder" during interactions rather than having actual dialogue. Other than that, this mod is great fun and is perfect for Christmastime.

I just updated this for Gathering Storm and NFP. Should be able to play as Santa in time for Christmas.

↓ I find out the mechanism. Reindeer Sleigh can only cross border not stop in.
So a destination is not in other civ border.

I add "Domain" codes to this mod work with G/S.

Detail: NorthPole_Config.sql file -> Duplicate all codes but only change
Players:Expansion1_Players -> Players:Expansion2_Players

And see almost work but their are some error
1. Icon error
2. main point : santa's ability: All Christmas Workshops provide a unique Toys Resource. +1 Production and +1 Culture in your Industrial Zones and Commercial Hubs for each City-State you are Suzerain of.

in this part, i can check Toys from workshop. But no production and culture by suzerain.....

So is their anyone to help me by trying this way and check his ability really work?

Can confirm. Does not show in the civ list with Gathering Storm ruleset. It does show up with Rise and Fall ruleset, though all the icons are messed up. I'm sure you're busy, but it'd be great to get this fixed.

If you're not using Rise and Fall then please use the v.1.0.0 Version of the mod listed in the description of the mod.

I'm having the same problem as DarkBlueLagoon. It's installed and shows up under Additional Content in game, but it isn't selectable as a Civ. I'm in the vanilla game and not R&F.
