Yes but you should not use it. Roads are far better to place using the shapefiles in TB.

No support for mapbuilder projects. You could export to TB, and then import TB, but there might be some issues (mapbuilder export isnt perfect). Also try plopper

New update is out. Random python death should be fixed, the python backend working should now be your own fault. Also sticky mode has been added, preventing deselect of items when you start a moving / rotating action. Can turn it off in the toggles bar

No, this mod has nothing to do with that, it could be achieved by replacing newRoadShape config entry in tanoas cfgWorld config though, however removing it from the satellite would be impossible.

Hi! Would it be possible to hide all roads on the Tanoa map with this mod? I mean to overlay roads with grass ( for example) to achieve a natural island.

I'm going to look into doing a tutorial soonish, just been busy with other things, only picked up fixing some issues in this mod again recently. Library is included by default, but a common issue is that for some 100% unknown reason the backend code refuses to load, which keeps the library empty. right now the only 'fix' is reloading a couple times, im going to add some better reporting in this week.

Nice piece of kit. Unfortunatley I cannot for the life of me work out how to generate an asset library.

I've installed python from the .bat file in the directory.
I ran the game, put a guy down, pressed escape and the tool appeared no problem.
But there isn't an option to add the asset library?? (I might be acting blind)

The manual doesnt't really explain in laymans terms how to import your library.

Anyone done a full on tutorial on youtube for this yet?

I'm itching to work with this for the fact that you cover angles in this tool that others havem't

yes, use install_requirements.bat in the folder. if you get the missing ObjectPlacement thing ingame restart arma, it's some weird bug that i can identify but restart usually fixes it

Mod is updated. Check changelog for some more details. I plan on making a super basic video to explain this mod soon, so people might actually understand how this works.

@Forrest_Gump, make sure you use the install_requirements.bat, for some reason calling it from ingame doens't work for most people and I never managed to find out why that is. Doing that should fix it

it would be great to have video how to create projects, open template libraries and export files... because i did not get it at all. i use tb, x-cam, surface painter and lot of other tools... but i even cant place a single house because my object library is empty and i dont know how to create projects.... and yes. i've read manual

No it's very far from an arma map maker. You still need to go through the pain and suffering of using TB, build it, write configs and so on. It just helps you put objects down, kind of like you can do in Eden but way more advanced (This at one stage was just an extension for Eden, but Eden has way too many technical limitations so that's not the case anymore)

@Brunn, did you check the manual included in the mod folder? There's a manual.md that you check out. tl;dr, load into the terrain (put down a guy in editor, click preview), press Esc and there's a button in the top left. You need to install some python requirements first using the install requirements button, which for some unknown reason doesn't work for everyone, in that case use the install_requirements.bat in the mod folder.
