Each outfit has multiple variants for each body part to allow for tech level progression or just personal taste, and a number of hairstyles, facepaints and helmets are included to complete certain costumes. (I just pulled the list from the section headers in 268500\1242784129\Config)

I have also realized, the cinematic cameras do not fix the position of the guns. (Noticeably the run and stab animation and the intros for some missions. Though i have only observed this problem with the Sword) Probably the cause is that they are based in a single animation or skeletal mesh for all units, so even the official torsos of the DLCs appear here bad. I have no idea of how to fix this, even after going really deep into the game code and animation system. It is obiously a design limitation of the game itself, or a very hard to find bug, and probably cannot be changed. If someone has any idea of how to fix this, i will apreciate it.
