Clientside mods, ones that only affect the way YOUR game runs are 100% compatible online, regardless if other players have them or not.
Mods that require other players to have appropriate dataa (i.e. A reskin that makes the playerCharacter a prop) will not work online unless every player has subscribed and enabled the mod / data in question.

tl;dr there is no way to make a mod such as this work online without everyone using it.

Even if you can use this mod in multiplayer is not gonna be a cheat because if you type, dont move for a while or even have a slow connection a icon gonna appear above you :/

Because you are basically asking for a cheat to hide yourself as a prop in a public unmodded match.

You can only use this mod with players with the same exact mod or with players local (who wants to bring a contoller!?). Theres mods like skipshut that allows you to play with the mod even if other players don't have the mod.
