Is it possible to move the hud? or to make the hud more transparent?
Kasper79  [author] 22 Dec, 2018 @ 6:03am
@Magnetar thanks for feedback, to be honest, when i started to create this HUD it was never my intention to release it at the workshop. I was afraid after the release of DX11 version that the good old DX9-HUD-Plugin stopped working... so i decided to create a HUD with the infos i needed.- only for my Screen with 1920x1080, which is about 40cm in front of me.
But,
it´s not very difficult to edit this,
feel free to modify it on your own personal needs ;-)

Hey Kasper,
I tried it for a few days, I run a a 29 inch, 21:9, 2560x1080 monitor and I set its base against the end of my steering box, it's about 26 inch from my eyes.
I find the the letters and numbers, the font, to be to thin and I find they are not easy to read at a glance... which is all we have when racing.
The suspension and tire icons only take space... they serve no purpose... using space you could use for thicker font.
On the other hand, the positions widget at the top is perfectly legible.
If you look at a standard Club Dash , there is almost no labels: Just the gear number, not the word Gear. And so on for most of the other numbers. Most of the space is used to display the needed information.
Naturally, this is all my own opinion... I also find the RPM arc way too small.
Anyhoo, the goal is to have fun, hope you're having some.
Thank You.
P. -S. I know what it is to code for no money Uhhhh I mean for fun.
:steamhappy:

@NevsCraftHD configure your controls in rFactor, it´s called Triples/Tire. I think its Ctrl/ALT by default.

Kasper79  [author] 7 Jan, 2018 @ 11:05am
I´ve updated it today, now there should be a version with the MFD and chat box on the bottom...
ilpuoto 7 Jan, 2018 @ 10:36am
Maybe the nicest so far, but I'd like to see MFD and chat box in the standard position
Carsten Dyndegaard 7 Jan, 2018 @ 4:58am
Great HUD.. Would also eprisiate if you could move the chat box down. And the timing menu in top right is blocking the virtual mirrors.
