The only problem case I can think of is if there were chairs that got removed from the game, but in my knowledge of the game's history, that hasn't happened.
@Forcedminer, yeah I was pretty pleased that it worked for tenants as well, most of my tenants don't have beds so that's another thing the mod is good for.
with this mod installed settlers randomly spawned in cities have a easier way of gaining back any lost health and same if your player made colonies have plenty of chairs.
