This is very strange looking courier. Maybe the textures are a bit bright and could do with more texture? But I really like how damn ugly and weird the thing is.

Flying animation is a bit rough, but otherwise nice. You could base it more on venomancer.

You should animate the eyes and edit the flying animation a bit, right now it's really unspectacular (a bit _too_ boring). Else this is a fun idea, although I wouldn't buy it.
