I'm having the same problem with corvette

For me the corvette is just showing up as the humanoid corvette. I do have several other installed mods but it was working just fine until I installed this one. Other than that, nice job.

I can also report that the corvette has clipping issues.

@Vitorious oh thats where the paris went lol. Also the Batlleship for the unsc is in between the size of a cruiser and strike cruiser

The UNSC ships have the Humanoid ships clipping through them :(

Unfortunately, I simply don't have the time and energy to support these mods. Whatever time I get outside of my new more demanding work schedule is being spent trying to build my portfolio so I can get another employer in Japan to sponsor a work visa :c

That being said Chondrite has posted guides on how to create and therefor support these mods ,(which is how I started out here), and he is typically glad to let someone else who puts in the time, take the reins as an author.

@Paulo I am losing my visa so I am in the process of moving atm, I'm really excited to get back into Stellaris so I will prb start working on this again as soon as I'm stable, around November maybe.

So the Sins of The Prophets mod, i use More Ship Classes and the Leviathan class ship model for the covenant, im not sure if the same probem applies to the UNSC but the ship model is really small compared to other ones???!!!!

I still...or perhaps only, have ten~ weeks to find a new job and keep my visa so, assuming I can get a job in that time frame I plan to pick up modding/gaming again. Until then I am stuck working on certifications and further job interviews >_>

I have every intention of doing so however, my personal situation has left me totally exhausted over the last couple of months.

I will be traveling on work for the next 3 weeks before coming back straight into testing for certain necessary credentials much needed to help in getting a new job.
With my current contract expiring soon and nothing secured in the way a new job my life is in a small crisis at the moment mate :c

Will there be an update on this? The authors of SotP said they will not be making an official DSS compatibility patch due to some exhaust pipe problem.

Excited for when you update, the game is so much better with ships (more)realistically sized :D

Ah ok, yah Lavo only just added the custom particle effects to their ships, I try to push out updates whenever they announce them in the discord.

@Beret03 I haven't had an issue with the engine effects but I haven't played through a game fully yet, I was just saying that the other oudated downscaled ships mod did not have the engine effects at all on any ships.

@Prkl8r You will need the NSC and ISB patches respectivly to support those ship sets.

Are you running into an issue with the engine effects?
I do not recall if Lavo had added the effects on all the ships yet, if he has I can follow up when I get a minute to update this patch to include them.

Just let me know the ship that needs work.

Thanks, the old DS fix didn't include the updatte and didn't have the engine glow.

I wasn't quite clear from the description, does this alter the scale of the NSC and IBS ships when used with those mods?

@Barracuda I appreciate the heads up, I know what's causing the turret issue on UNSC shipset just need time to figure out a fix.
As for Realistic Ships DSS mod it is made and supported directly by Tal, however his mod is not the cause.
The issue has to do with how SoTP handles the "Turrets" for their ships as, they are set to spawn on the root locator and not be present at all, since there is not a turret set being applied by SoTP it is showing the fall back set defined in culture which, normally do not show up as they are hidden "inside" the ship at normal scale.

As for the screenshot, I do not know of a way to share it. But I do have one on had to show the bug.

The bug in particular is that the corvettes seem to have turrets sticking out of the sides of the ships. These are off model and seem to be from a different ship set(More than likely stock) altogether. I was only running the Shipsset mods, DSS and the required compatability patches.
