If the texture had a more worn look instead of new, it would be perfect. Even so, it's still a great mod. :D

Useless error.
The game prefers ro use the normalmap alpha channel as env mask. But you can define the diffuse alpha channel as a mask too.
Its just complaining because it doesn't get it the way it wants it. Like a child not wanting to eat potatoes unless they're mashed potatoes.

It works, but I got this in console:
material models/props/terror/incendiary_ammopack has a normal map and $basealphaenvmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask to get specular.
material models/props/terror/explosive_ammopack has a normal map and $basealphaenvmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask to get specular.
material models/props/terror/exploding_ammo has a normal map and $basealphaenvmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask to get specular.
material models/props/terror/incendiary_ammo has a normal map and $basealphaenvmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask to get specular.
