What are the crew requirements for this ship?

After reading through the comments, it makes a lot of sense that this design is from that old cruiser in KOTOR2. It is a wonderful and classic Starwars ship, so much so that I already blew one up to 15 slots and added shields and hangers for later use!

Might I recommend the Bellator Class Star dreadnaught?

The corvette version is seen in KOTOR2 on Peragus. The cruisers are larger and have a different rear end.

Their indeed Cruisers in KOTOR. Yet this one is a modified version of the old design. It is build by Alderan, thus we all know why their underarmed and more or less only used for transport. Shure they would be adequat frigates as well, yet nowhere near as powerfull as more modern ones. I would go as far as to say a CR80 would win against a Hammerhead with ease (thou not against the proper Cruiser version from 4k years ago, there the hammerhead would just annihilate the CR80(and never forget : The tech in SW lowerd after TOR and then raised again (demilitarisation and stuff, why bother invent more and better guns if your at the peak already , then lose that peak and reinvent it starting like 30 years prior to the clone wars?)

Aren't the KOTOR Hammerheads Cruisers? I thought the Corvettes were just based off of their design, but smaller and mondernized versions.

That's actually a 4000 year old design... they're in KOTOR and KOTOR2. Fun fact -- the new SW movies have a LOT of KOTOR fans working on them, and little KOTOR things are being easter egg'd in and inadvertently canonized :) You get to board one in KOTOR2.
