Yes.
this mod only edits the texture of that vomit overlay. As long as the custom playermodels have it set up to allow vomit on them, this mod will work.

why i upload my work from gamemaps?
Easy, i've found a dude that make several mod packs, one if which was 80% my mods from gamemaps.
