@Brataasen to bypass the incorrect lighting ticket, always always always have your lights on.

After removing the mod it completely removed the red glow over how hard you drive.

How do I revert what the mod changed?

Is it possible to make it so only people who are going way too fast can get tickets? I don't mind tickets if I'm way over the limit, but I hate getting tickets when I'm barely over the speed limit, yet other cars are flying past me.

yes but you can only turn off all tickets, there's no option for seperate fines
unless ive missed something new then nevermind

We need more realistic levels/amounts for speeding tickets. In the settings menu you can turn off this feature. Thanks however for this mod.
