Do you have Disable Terrain Collision turned on?

I keep getting an "interesecting terrain" message even though I'm placing in on completely flat terrain. I used the terrain editor to clear a much larger space than neccessary down to the foundation level, and still can't place this coaster, what gives?

Not really liking the real life coaster... this makes me want to marathon it. Amazing detail and I loved the Iron Dragon, Top Thrill Tragster, and the Drop Towers! Amazing work. The cinimatics were also great, the third picture after the two videos is my favorite!
