basically at the time i had envisioned a more in-depth and sort of autistic way of viewing how rebel factions operated in C17, with Lambda acting as an umbrella group containing different resistance organizations that all had their own aims and objectives similar to the real-world French resistance
included in that were groups of varying ideologies which sometimes clashed. one of these movements, derived from the Universal Union Civil Workers' Union, happened to attract a lot of metrocops for whatever reason
my idea wasn't unique to me though and was eventually used for the plot of the Swelter mod. so go play that!
Still a great model though :)
