i really like this asset as it can give the small town feeling of shops going out of business or new ones being set up

Can someone please tell me what "roads" are being used in these parking lots? I don't know how many "plain" or "parking lot" roads I've tried, but none end up looking the same as the ones in these parking lots. Thanks.

I really wish you kept RICO and growable apart, and all of Riverpark as RICO, of course.

Could there be a version that uses random logos, just like some other commercial properties in the game? That way it just randomly displays a logo for each store.

@jewelofbeauty I'm looking into updating and improving my Horizontal Traffic Lights Mod. However the mod still works for me and I don't know how it's obsolete.

@hollydaisey I use blender to create signs and logos just like all my assets. Search for a Youtube tutorial or King Leno has a sign tutorial on his workshop. The file the asset editor needs is a fbx file and at least a diffuse texture as a png file.

what software do you use to make signs or logos and what is the file type to save?

Sorry to comment, but if you could maybe think of making more that be nice 'sorry not trying to be rude' Maybe like a Kmart Emply lot where you can put a Kmart sign on it, or have nothing, or maybe store that take over old Kmarts like, "Rural king, At Home etc" Maybe have a Walmart in this building look a like.
