There is a bug; Where if you pickup a melee then pick up another one, instead of dropping it, it disappears.

I have a somewhat minor big to report; upon being downed you are left empty handed and you must swap to your secondary in order to use it. Its not too big of an issue, but I thought to report it in hopes of a potential fix. Mod works great besides that.

@not_requested49 I don't have enough time nowadays to do requests but you're welcome to edit my files as a base for that. I'm not sure if you can isolate those weapons specifically since IIRC the melees tend to be bunched up in a single file but you can give it a shot.

@COVID-19 is it possible for you to make a seperate mod that allows you to use exclusively the knife or 1 handed melee's while down?

is there a mod that only allows you to use melee, but only lets you exclusively use the knife while downed? searched workshop but cant seem to find one.. as well as some other mods im trying to find but they have yet to exist (i assume) xd

very useful for the melee only achievement without making a acident shooting the pistol while incap

@MJVP A problem on just your end, that doesn't occur for me or several hundred other people concurrently using a 6-year old mod indicates an issue on your end, either in user error, a failure to follow instructions, or both.

No fix is needed for a weapon script edit so simple that there's virtually no possible way to go wrong unless there is a mod conflict occurring, or if you aren't following the instructions laid out very clearly in the description.

@MJVP Additional Melee Slot works. All issues are most likely stemming from mod conflicts on your end.

Yes, I'm a genius. I made a mod specifically so you can shoot your melee weapons an indefinite amount of times with infinite ammo in a way not related to the mod's name and function at all.

It already should work on every mode.
As for the any server part, that is just simply impossible for me or any other modder to do. The only method I can probably think of to make it to work on ANY server would involve illicit hacking or intervention from Valve.

You need to play on your own server (make sure it's local) for the mod to work.

Yeah, I have some mods active. All are just skins though, would that cause a conflict? Also, I have been playing on people's servers not Official servers.
