You can rotate the attachpoints in the fanatic .brg using AMP and 3ds Max 2020.

Ah, damn, that ones' attachments are altered rather than the unit's animations. What all do you need to rotate an attachment? I know Blender and Photoshop well enough, but as far as I know the Blender plugin isn't finished (and may never be).

These are great. I'll figure out a use for them. Do you by any chance have a version of the Fanatic that holds his weapons straight rather than perpendicular? I was trying to make him dual wield any 2 random weapons but as it turns out he holds them all sideways and axes really show it.

I'm currently working on that but animating entire characters and making it lifelike is a lot more involved than modeling these weapons which takes me about 40 minutes per weapon. Conversely, making all the textures, animations, and data for a unit can take days. My efforts on this are currently entirely directed towards the Legends of Middle Earth 5.0 total conversion mod.

Ha! What a find - real shame they decided to cut him from the vanilla game. Hell, they could have used him in the Titans expansion, but guess not. Give him the Heka Gigantes's ground smash special attack, and you have a makeshift Greek Dovahkiin!

I did not. The unit actually was from the pre-release beta in 2001. FE exhumed it for Regicide. He was originally named Misenus and was supposed to be the main hero of the campaign. You can read about him here: http://ageofempires.wikia.com/wiki/Misenus

That is the Basileus from my Anim Mod. It is basically the Regent from the Regicide random map but modified so he has a shield and can attack. I use him a lot as my attachment test model because his name starts with "B" and he's #1 on the list of UMC objects (top of the editor list, fast to select).

What is the unit pictured just after the Sarissa? It looks like a heavily modified Hypaspist, but it's incredible! Muscled cuirass, Corinthian helmet... everything the Myrmidon should have been.
