I think that having maps where you have to keep track of your portals or get trapped,
would have a negative impact on your ratings.
getting trapped is worse than getting killed to most players.
my maps used to be a lot more leathal & I updated them, making them less leathal.
due to complaints about it.
but your maps, your choice.
by the way, when I got traped on your map.
I knew where my portal was, but it was in the previous chamber,
with the blue funel going into it, in case I needed a funel.
but as you know, you cant go into a portal, with a blue funel coming out of it.
so when the panel closed, I was trapped.
I hope you find this helpfull :)

I was thinking of adding a touch of water to kill your self in that area, but forgot, I will probably add later :) but yes you were right about the first pedestal button... I doubt everybody will press it from the same side as you, but thats the gamble I had to take, but one of the reasons I wanted to have a room where people would get trapped / commit suicide is i find that there are not many maps where you have to keep track of your portals, and that is something i am hoping to base a later map on, one where keeping track of where you put a portal to help you get back to places that suddenly become innacessable

good map
I did not always know what I was doing & got trapped once.
in the room with the funels & stairs.
but the rest was intuitive, interesting & good fun.
I don't know what the 1st pedestal button would have done,
if I was standing on the panel.
I pressed it from the other side of the graiting.
but I saw turret lasers below, so I guess it was a trap.
