New emotes mod out!

I can get it all ready to go just needs a couple of animation's rotating to the new orientation.

Negative. I couldn't get the modding tools to work anymore. Like the Animator doesn't work at all.

i used these in the update just before this game left beta and they worked fine, but now they dont work at all

yeah it's because the female engineer uses a diffrent rig or something

Well... they don't work at all with the female character.

@Tiger When I made these the female character was not in the game. I am unsure as to why it would not work.

Just tried these out... and not a single one works. My character didn't twitch. (Are they only for the male character model? Or incompatible with Animated Interations?)

The only improvement this mod needs is different pictures of the animations when they are on a players hotbar. Having the bar show all thumbs up can cause communication mistakes. The difference between saluting someone and flipping them off.

Wow, I have the least amount of "attitude" of the 3 mentioned names.. We have the "hostile" kid ( Gorea ) the self ingratiating quazi-analyst ( thats you ( I so love when people think they know how I think or how I should feel )) and then there is me, the guy who is vocal in trying to help, yet has to unfortunatly dumb down the topics ( dog crap sandwich / genetically altered pizza ) to help some people "actually get it". I have been the least hostile, and most helpful of the three of us alone. I haven't told either of you to keep your opinions to yourself, nor have I "judged" either of you ( i.e. trying to explain how someone else is wrong, when the only opinion that matters is ones own. ) and in closing.. the mod author went on vacation from the mod if you had not noticed. I am unsubscribing from the thread as I had hope for the mod, but the toxicity of the whole thing is annoying. any further reply is for your own self gratification .

@Erathanos Your attitude is the reason why you would need to reevaluate. You're right you've done more than voice your opinion. Your posts have been border line hostile and toxic. At that point its not helpful.
And you have received a reply from the mod author. Since the mod author can see the feedback it is clearly not enough to warrant a change. The author clearly doesn't feel it's worth it to remove it. It's easy to rationalize somebody having a different opinion. You need to rationalize that your perspective does not represent the community.
Replying to Gorea needlessly adds to that feeling that you're taking this "simple feedback" too seriously and a bit hostile.

The mod author was given enough negative feedback to consider some sort of change..

Well using your Pizza Analogy.... The mod author is the one paying for the pizza while you get to eat for free.... so who are you to say what "should" and "should not" be? It's a free mod and the Mod author gets the final say on what "should" and "should not be"
If it's really that big of an issue... make your own animation mod.
