Not really sure why but this addon has randomly stopped working for my server. I'm using the version from the ulysses mod website because GMCHosting doesn't do GMA addons, this was working fine until about a couple of days ago, nothing was changed. I don't know if I could've added a addon that made this stop working somehow? I don't know. Please help :P

can you make it so that it removes words in peoples steam name(SPECIFICALLY NAMES THAT HAVE OTHER COMMUNITY NAMES IN THEM) Because its annoying when I see a new player join and it says something like superiorservers in the name. I don't like advertising other servers on my own and I'm sute many many other servers also ban that sort of behavior aswell

Admins can't seem to see disconnect messages but superadmins can, any idea why?

so it just showed somebody joining but something new popped up this time where it said a user was on a watchlist when they joined. what is this about exactly and is it this addon or something else doing that?

Is it possible to edit the sounds in a way that Admins can have separate join sounds from normal users? By the way, love the mod, happily using it in my server

why would using this clientside make no sense? it means only you could see it? its practically the same except for that.

So I use this on both my TTT and Sandbox servers, and on the sandbox server, it'll show the id when they come in and leave. On TTT it doesn't. Any Idea why?

no one bans with IP? false, i quite like how it shows the IP in the older version.

Added ability to turn off sounds, and made it so you know when someone connects, instead of just spawning

@UltimateByte; At one point it did actually show the IP address of players, but I had realized that it had no reason to show the IP, no one bans using IP, we use steam IDs, so I just never ended up changed the word from IP to ID.

The ULX version is no different.

I saw you made an update, now it's telling SteamID to admins on connect/disconnect, very cool.
But the message is incorrect :
[Server] ben terreyer has left the server. Their IP is: STEAM_0:0:27858973

Why "their IP" while it's only one persone and it's a SteamID ?
If you could change it so it makes more sense when you got a moment it'd be great.
Of course, if it could give the actual IP it'd be even more cool.

BTW, what's the difference with the ULX version ? Maybe i'm gonna try it if it's better. I'd be then able to adapt the code to my needs myself.

You should make a server cvar to disable sound if you got time.
Also, would be amazing to see client initiating connections (disableable into cvar too, and maybe admin only).

Brilliant Addon, I've changed the Connect/Disconnect Sound with my own, and changed the Tag from Server to [anything i want]. I'm planning on adding something to make it pick up Individual Steam IDs <0:01284623946278> Connecting, Playsound "vo/gman/gmanspeech10" for example, saved me alot of time thank you :D

lol, okay. It's part of Garry's Mod sounds anyways.

That sound is awful. I commented out the playsound and this addon is great :)
