Also, just realised this is the old version. The link below from 24th June is the updated one, which could be the issue?
Updated to 1.28
Sorry, I've totally forgotten. I'll try do it before New Years, depending on how busy I am
That is BT proper because History Files are not completed.
I'll have a look...
Hope this fixes the issues
Paradox cannot seem to get the Navy to work right so with a strait would cause France to conquer England, which I have seen in testing.
Also I was checking through some of the Straits you have and I see an issue with the Ireland-Scotland strait compared with England-France.
The shortest distance between Ireland and Scotland is 43.9km, while the shortest distance between England and France is 33.3km. Also the route from Ireland to Scotland is deeper than the route from England to France.
With these facts in mind can you explain why you have chosen to have these straits but see Kent to Calais as 'ridiculous'. Is this to protect England against France attack, and to leave Irish nations as easy pickings for English/Scottish?
TIA
Updated to BT 9.0
I know it is a day advance from BT's actual update but it should not need further updating.
I’ve seen everything. Granada with support from continent, Portuguese notrthern Morocco, Spanish northern Morocco. Once there was a Moroccan south Portugal, but I’ve seen that in base BT. Northing ive added seems to give one country more power than another.
Plus, armies crossed the strait more than the channel historically (during wartime like).
That would massively decrease English power. Early game is based on defending via the seas. If added I saw a French Britain in every game but two, where England managed to overpower France with allies and conquered a few provinces.
