it only has to be under any mod that also changes attack slots
but putting it at the very bottom usually works best.
ill just update the description then.
update should be out now.
(initially my question was just thinking about if i can still use multiple shooters to target 1 bigger enemy, but its good to know for other situations so i will try and choose my battles carefully when i add this to game :)
If the character you are controlling who is using the crossbow is being targeted by an enemy, originally they will not be able to be attacked by other characters. The more attack slots added into the game, the more enemies there are that can attack crossbowmen and end ranged combat.
Despite this, the offensive abilities of crossbows aren't limited by attack slots, though it still does factor in (a lot, when you get to certain scales) into ranged combat.
do i need anything to let multiple of my crossbow shooters, all shoot at 1 target?
It says 1-5 either as a recommendation or as a theoretical maximum due to the AI lag, but if you put it over 5, more than 5 will attack at once. It will simply cause issues in the game.
All you have to do is load up FCS, global world settings, and change the number from 1/2/3/4/5 to 20, check the mod off, and load it up.
5 may be the theoretical "limit" prescribed by the game either due to the AI order lag 6+ causes or due to the difficulty, but you can go over it.
Thank you for trying to help, though! It's a pleasure.
Is there any way to change it in the game files, or view your mod file and change a number from a 5 to a 6 or a 10?
but removing the mod and importing should have been enough to remove it.
it will go back to the default of 1x
people will now take turns when fighting you, but it can still look like the Mod is still working.
thanks for your mod.
Can you come up with an unlimited number of mods? Like Starcraft 2 and Warcraft 3. I guess that would be interesting.
i got no idea who that person is.
so no clue if it is or not. but could be possible.
they just ask if this mod that vtuber used or not
so you don't need to care about that
your mod is very good and helpful
