You can play as them via the Pill Pack's Male Citizen option. Found that out recently.

The hexed version just has random citizen outfits than the jacket here. Quite not an original hex version of this I'd say. :p

They all use the same jacket. /: Wish they used all the different looks from the other casual citizens pack. Can't find one with NPCs that does that.

I figured out the teeth bug. I decompiled the GMA file and the 'mouth' texture is named 'fmouth' instead of 'mouth.' Fixed the typo and it worked.
