Fully agreed. Still over, still capable. I read an interview from the late 80s where Valentine was still talking about wanting to get back in the ring. He would have been a lifer, and his style would have let him get away with it had he stayed healthy enough.

Even though he was mid-40's when the plane crash happened, I really think he could have had another good 5 year run if it hadn't. He was still very over in the mid-Atlantic territory.
