I noticed two people have commented, one 2015 and one 2016. For future people who are going to comment "where is the chest?" well either read this next couple lines or look down a bit on the comment section.

They're at each of the Hearthfire's houses, but for some reason the one at the Lakeview house seems to "disappear" into the mountain to the left of the work table to build the house.

lol... yup. my biggest problem (which i haven't figured out how to increase) is the "lumber"... I think I have to go into the actual dialogue system to increase how much you can buy at once (I won't increase the cost though). I efinitely massively OVER-stocked the chest, but well most of the items can be used for other things (I have "Cloaks of Skyrim" and "Winter is Coming", so you can CRAFT fur cloaks) which of course requires pelts/fur.

I can finaly finish the house in seconds. No need for shopping and buying It wastes all the money you have,I love this mod

The chests are located next to the workbenches for the Hearthfire houses. Although one is apparently glitched and "inside" the mountain. I have NO idea how, as when I look at it both in the Creation Kit and my game it's not. So I have NO idea why it is for some people.

Some how the mountain expands over the chest, it even covers the back legs of the "plans" table. I don't remember the actual name of the table.

I still don't understand HOW the chest ended up IN the mountain. Now that CK and Skyrim are installed I'll get to fixing that.

@How ORIGINAL to find the chest at Lakeview try this: you need to be facing the work bench where you get the house plans. Use the ~ key to bring up the console command, type tcl, might need to be capitolized, collisione turned off will come up on the screen. Walk to the left of the table into the mountain and you will find the chest.

I think you can use the worktable to remove parts of the house, but NOT sure, and all the chests are located within a few yards of the workbench and chests that come with the house. I haven't looked at CK or Skyrim in months, and when I can get CK working on my new laptop, I'll look at things and see about reworking stuff :D

is there any mod that lets you tear down a specific part of your house without doing so to the rest?

Dirigible; do you know which mod was moving moutains. I have the same problem half of the plans table at Lakeview is inside the mountain and from the looks of the screen shot the chest is located inside the mountain. How do you "disable clipping?" Is there a threat to other functions? I am computer illiterate and don't want to mess too much up. Thanks.

You can buy lumber from any mill and it will be delivered to "all your houses"

I killed the people there for a quest.

I don't understand why you have an issue with Half Moon Mill.. this mod doesn't touch it. it doesnt do ANYTHING except drop a chest beside each of the drafting tables for the Hearthfire houses... NOTHING else... I didnt 'mod" or change any standard items... and I didn't go near any of the mills..

nvm... i found it, must have a mod that changes the shape of the mountian by the falkin one. i had to disable clipping to get it but i did it, thanks. such a help

It works for me I love it only problem I have is with the Half moon mill if you have done the DBH questline.

There's a chest at all 3 houses, and the mod should be at the bottom of the load order

which house did you put this at... cause you can get the homestead at 3 locations. depending on the quests you've done and how you compleated them. i've tried to remove all my mods to get to work and nothing

Sorry, I meant to upload the rest of the pics and got sidetracked with college and the fact i'm moving on Wednesday. The chests are ALL located next to the drafting table (the one used to "get" the plans you use on the worktable)
