Hello the mod works, but sadly it is incompatible with unlimeted Govenours.

if this works then rome mainlly western rome will have the troops needed to keep public order though by this time there forces were streached way thin though this mass recruitment drive and mercneary drive will at leat shure up the defences and fill in the gaps hopefully long term. cause on legendary the huns are brutal as fuck and they are a real threat. best beat there stacks and let them go so they have no choice but to reform using mercenaries and weaker troops to make it mangable but still they are a threat.
