Mod incompatibility has been determined.

"[WOTC] Prototype Armoury" is incompatible with this mod

This is probably the part with "Weapons and armour are now individually buildable instead of infinitely granted through schematics"

It doesn't quite want to work for me, but it's not the mod's fault. I have a mod's spro and there's probably some conflict somewhere. I can only see tier 1 weapons. I started a new campaign. I have access to T1. I'm starting to research magnetic weapons. I see that I should get T2. After completing the research, windows showing magnetic weapons pop up, but not T2. I can't find it on the training ground or in item production. Maybe someone has a crystal ball and can predict where the problem is

Just to keep in mind that this mod does not play nicely with "No More Psi Amps" & True Utility Pistol Slot, after some testing

@Darth_Smuckleton It wasn't easy, but I managed to use the Sidearms as a guideline for adding the Rifles to the list of viable options for the Bayonets. I think the same thing can work with the underbarrel attachments as well

Is there anyway to change the projectiles and sound effects for the tier 2 and 3 weapons? I remember being able to do that long ago with another mod.

is there any way this could be supported for experimental/chosen weapons?
for example i'd love to use the darklance, but it stands out like a sore thumb, and i'd prefer if it looked like a marksman's rifle instead

I'm trying to hide the three cosmetic tiers of Shen's personal gremlin using Iridar's weapon skin replacer, but I can't seem to get the name of the ROV-R right. Anyone know what name is being used for them by this mod?

Big fan of this mod but noticed a conflict with the overwatch weapon pack everything is fine and dandy until the tier 4 dragonblades they don't show up at all. Any advice on how to fix? thank you.

You need to ensure that Utility Slot Sidearms creates its weapons after this mod has already run. I specifically set up Utility Slot Sidearms Extended to do that, but you can also use AML to do it by hand.

They shouldn't affect this mod at all. I use Unrestricted Customization and several cosmetic armor mods and I have no problem.

You'd have to add lines to that mod to also give the extra upgrade slots to the weapons created by this mod. The only difference in the names is the letter C followed by a tier number. For example, the third tier conventional assault rifle (i.e., it looks like a conventional rifle, but it does the damage of a beam rifle) is C3AssaultRifle_CV.

if i use a mod like https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1171964288 and set it up to give extra slots to vanilla weapons and want the cosmetic weapons to also feature those slots what would i have to do? Is it something i have to change in your INI or in the INI of the other mod?

Oh, sorry. I think I know what the problem is. I've pushed an update that should make attachments work. The fix I've used to make it work with Iridar's mod is somewhat of a hack so you should probably only use the "T1/T2/T3" autopistols created by Three Tier Cosmetic; your regular autopistols are probably going to be sort of broken now.

After applying that fix, autopistols created by Three Tier Cosmetic will have the stats you specify in the Autopistol Overhaul's config, rather than base autopistol stats. If that isn't happening, you've done something wrong. If that is happening, but something else you're expecting to happen isn't happening, then I'll need more clarification on what you're trying to do in order to be able to help you.

Was wondering if you could do the same with [WOTC] Iridar's Beowulf Rifle Pack.
Not rly sure if it's that easy or if you got any interest in it. (since it adds some abilitys etc.)

I have talked to Iridar and a "real" fix would be kind of difficult, but I've managed to apply a kinda quick and dirty fix.

In order to make it work you'll need to edit the config files for Iridar's mod (steamapps\worskhop\content\268500\1513282047\Config\XComAutopistolRebalance.ini) and add the following line at the end of it:

+DLCIdentifier="WOTC Autopistol Rebalance"

The two modsshould play nice, then. This may break the original autopistols (I'm not sure about that) but since you're probably using the cosmetic versions created by this mod anyway, it shouldn't matter much.

There already are pretty good mods for armor that do that sort of thing. I personally use "Unrestricted Customization."

This mod causes crashing, if one tries to load a save-file that is in a Mission. But it works fine, if one loads a save-file that is in the Geoscape.

I checked that this happens, when only this mod is active as well. I physically deleted the workshop folders and had only this one on. I will check and see that no other setting is causing this.
