If you subscribed, but it doesn't show up:
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again.
After waiting for a brief period, all missing downloads should initiate and install!

If that didn't work, try this:
1. Go to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
2. If there is a .civ5mod file in that folder, open that with 7zip, Winrar or similar software
3. Unzip/unpack the contents in Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

I have a problem, the mod does not show up in my mods list in-game. Can you help me?

@My second civ, with an old diplo, yes. If I can find something, I can change it ;p Will take a while, like all my other planned updates due to lack of time.

Just one more thing and I know that your doing your best but the Leader screen pic isn't the best if you could do wat u did with Mexico and change it that would be amazing. PS. Im sorry if im a bit picky and are annoying you but im just trying to help you with the mods as much as I can.

@swerdna27 I personally think white and yellow are easy to distinguish. I don't think I've changed the production costs, so the description should be fine. But thnx for the feedback :)

i would change the colours of the borders as it is kinda the same as france and also the description of argentina and in the description of the mounted grenadier regime it has (+20%) i would recommend taking that out but apart from that great mod keep it up!

APPARENTLY, they changed the XML in a way that it totally screws up this mod. I was forced to change the UB: it no longer provides a luxury resource, but it gets its original effect back: +25% great people generation in this City, next to the gold and food bonus. Still takes longer to build, though.

Hmm, that's strange. I would ask you to try this mod without the palace additions first (if you haven't done this already) and see what happens then. It's strange because I left the palace unchanged. One more thing; the palace is only present in the capital and it's free. So, I don't know how you can buy a palace with faith at all. You could also choose not to buy this palace with faith :P

You have the expansion. That means you can download the G-K version of this mod. You should be able to find it in the Steam Workshop.

Thanks for the reactions! I does not replace a civ, it simply adds Argentina to the game. And uhm, floyd_metal, I don't know what you're saying, just the "Gracias" part, haha :P
