fwiw, this mod conflicts with the "More Dragon Loot" mod in that whichever one loads last works. In other words, if, in the load order, this mod is lower there's dry dragon flesh, but just regular loot, however if the other is lower, no flesh but more and better loot. Probably no way I could convince you to combine them? Would be fantastic. Oh well, didn't think so. Now I have to decide between basic greed and Broiled Dragon.
