have hear before about the stairs but not know how to fix

The Embraer 175, Fokker F.28 and the Fokker 100 (at least) have issues.
The Stairs (on a small Gate) moves in the wrong direction so passengers walk on air.
They have all lights bunched up on the same spot in the middle of the plane.
Looks and acts very wierd, maybe you should select different models for this otherwise excellent pack.

is it possible to include the required planes in a list of required assets?so i don't get UFO planes
