It requires Thirsk Winter. I don't know if Thirsk is available on the workshop, which is why it isn't listed in the requirements. Search for keyword "Thirsk"

Yeah that is possible. I haven't linked to Thirsk because I have no idea which one on the workshop is a genuine upload - I don't think there actually is one.

@varus The hanger doors can be opened from the inside. Check next to the small door, there is a control panel that should allow you to open the main hangar doors.

There's a hangar with a fuel truck at the main airfield, but I can not open the door. Was that your intention?

You need to find a fuel truck and drive it to the island. There is a improvised bridge on the northern shore of the small island.
