Hell-o Alias, how would I delete the sparky object assuming players have found a way to kill or stop it? Thanks so much for your creative scripts.

You can get rid of the error in sparky looking for the line containing that object and comment, i don't think is critical or important far as i remember.
AS for the rest of the scripts try them in vanilla and see if they work.
Also you can have a look on this list to see if you can find something you might wanna use as mod or modules, check out Drongo's workshop too, he converted some of my anomalies in mods as well

Yup, I'm getting the same pop up in full vanilla. Checked the other DEMOs and it all seems good. Guess Ace No medical (or maybe armor plate system) breaks some stuff. I wanna use all your scripts but some either don't hurt me (Farty, Swarm) or doesn't track me (Screamer I think and Flamer.). Steamer works, Farmer works, Sparky works, Strigoi works, Twins I think works. (Reposted to fix typos, idk if the steam notifications removes the deleted posts or not, sorry.)

Do you have that issue with the demo mission too?
The texture or whatever i used is vanilla they must've changed something or is just a wrong path to it.Is not a critical error tho, the script should work, isn't it?

I THINK this is from Sparky...don't think I've seen it with Strigoi and this is my first time using Sparky. I get a "Cannot load texture p:/ca/data_f/proxies/muzzle_flash/data/muzzleflash_rifle_set01_front_ca.paa." message. Love the anomaly btw, shame I'm just now using it.

Once you subscribe the demo mission which contains the script is downloaded on your computer, you only need to find the download folder which is pretty standard unless you customized its destination.

Is not hard to script it, just takes a bit of time to do it and test it.

Any way to remove it once it got spawned on the map? A simple script command would suffice (I'm not asking for special effects when killing the anomaly and all that)! Also, protective gear is pretty much useless as long as it doesn't allow multiple items to do the job. I'm asking this in the most friendly way: is it so hard to script multiple protection gear when you know how the base script is meant to work?

Fantastic anomaly, by the way - possibly my favourite one in Arma 3.

A quick bypass I found would be, in the init.sqf [] spawn {sleep 60; null = ["plasma_anom","B_AssaultPack_blk",true] execvm "AL_spark\al_sparky.sqf";}. As well as going into the AL_Sparky>Orb_move.sqf and increasing the distance a player has to be within it.

Yeah, if I get within 2000 meters and the anomaly was spawned before I enter its activation range it start to move up and down and not randomly. However If I spawn the anomaly whenever im within 2000 meters it works normally.

I don't remember exactly if is the case but most anomalies are made to activate when players are in range, could be the case with Sparky. If you get closer it starts moving?

After testing it out Ive found out the situation thats breaks it, if the anomaly is spawned in at the mission start then a player enters the 2000 meters the anomaly goes up and down. However if you were to spawn the anomaly in when the play is within 2000 meters the anomaly works perfectly fine. Dont know if this helps.

Just tested the anomaly with a global exec, it works perfectly fine. Weird but for some reason the init.sqf execution doesnt completely work...

Hey, great anomaly mods. I have a quick question in reference to the AL_orb_move. Sparky doesnt seem to wander, just goes up and down. Any help would be appreciated.

Found out after playing this in zeus with some friends that the effects and location of the script is client sided. Suggested for singleplayer, it works on multiplayer but feels a bit clunky !

It is, but you will have to ask around or do some digging, cuz i don't know of such mission, i would've made one if i had the time but i don't have any experience in making mission with Zues support, should't be hard but I simply don't have time to do the reading and testing, i would rather deal with my long todo list of scripts when i have time to spare

The marker you place it from Eden and you put a name in its name field via RMB - properties or double click on it. That name you use to run the script.

I was able to do everything up to the point of using it as a parameter and executing it. As I said before, im pretty new at the whole script business. I was able to properly add it to the mission folder I am putting it in, and everything else seems to be in place in the proper manner. However, I do not know how to set a marker's parameter, nor how to execute it. Besides that I have everything together correctly, so all I really have to learn is how to execute it properly.

You need the script' files and folders under your mission folder excepting mission.sqm
Place a marker on the map, use it as parameter for script and execute the script from init.sqf

So im kind of new at the whole adding script thing, so maybe you can answer a question for me. How exactly do I add these anomalies to the map? Is it just a copy paste of the script, or is there is a module or something similar? The tutorial doesn't really help me when it comes to finding out how to spawn these anomalies.

No buddy, I'm afraid that there is no damage on Exile at all. It does not depend on whether the player has protection or not. But I was able to turn on all your anomalies on Exile-mod ! But vehicles destroys only the worm, other anomalies do not affect the technique.

Good, as long as you have B_AssaultPack_blk as your backpack you don't take damage from anomaly

What protective gear have you set up? The anomaly is harmful but not if you have the protective gear on you.

has anyone come up for a good use for these? I cant work out what to do with it other than freak my players out. You cant kill it or capture it and it does not chase you. any ideas?
