Рекомендую карту для любителей строиться на ограниченных территориях, это карта подойдет отлично. На островной части уместится вся необходимая индустрия, а ландшафт все это красиво приукрасит!
Отстроил свой лучший город именно на этой карте (скрины найдете в моем профиле)

Just subbed and loaded this map up. It says it's the non-Mass Transit version, and has the 3-lane highways, just like the map you get when you subscribe to the non-Mass Transit version linked here. So the original map is now unobtainable?

I don't use the Los Angeles theme though personally.

You can already partly play this map vanilla: you don't really need to subscribe to the theme and the rock pack, although the map won't look as good without them.
As for the trees... I would have to replace them all with the (rather ugly) default trees, and that would be very, very much work. I therefore don't think I'll make a vanilla version, except if I get a lot of requests. I'm sorry.
PS: you can always do it yourself, just download this map (you don't need the assets), export the heightmap, import it in a new map and plop all the trees yourself. I think then you'll understand why I won't do it .

Chadwell isn't a bad effort. Like I say with the roads, room to improve... but nothing I could do better myself. Love the design, nice choice of theme (I thought about this one, but felt it would be a little pretentious for my first map), and basically no major flaws. I like it.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean OT4E. I personally don't have any issues playing this map. Maybe you could clarify?

but I could not play on it. The squares of the territory are disparate in level over the sea.
