I probably wasn't paying attention.
I think I also found the errors. The file name for "Someone Lived Through This" is wrong, the ogg is just named "Someone Lived This.ogg". And it seems like asset files are case sensitive. The actual file names of the other two tracks have words that start with lower case, "Tears in the Rain.ogg" and "All the Best Memories Are Hers.ogg", but they should all start with upper case.
Music mods should always work, they don't need an update. I have a music mod from 2016 right after the game was released and it never needed an update.
@Aberrant I had a look and it was a couple of vagrant quote marks cutting out three of the songs. Thanks for pointing it out. I somehow didn't notice. I've updated it now.
