can you make mod for tax? i pay in default 8k per 4 weeks is to big

@Bart Did you start a new game? Are you sure the mod is activated? Once you activate the mod you need to restart the game. It is possible there is a conflict. Do you have other mods running? If so try disabling them to see if it works.

Make a mod where you don't have all the topics to start out with but you can research any of them at any time. I think that would be really cool.

I just thought there would be people out there interested in a version of the mod that doesn't unlock topics. Some want a more random start so their game is different every time. :)
