Just a slight heads up to anyone hoping to edit planets, for whatever reason. legitimate or not, I may have a slightly more, "permanent" solution for you. So, check this out. This is something I learned how to do myself, by simply researching in-game console commands, and you can learn them to, assuming you have both an open mind. And, the patience. While I'm not going to spend an hour, listing all known command options, I will however. Give you a prime example, let's say for instance. You want to change a world, to something else. All you need to do, is have the planet selected. Go into console by pressing the ` key. Although, I should hope a vast majority of you know how to access the in-game console by now, with the exception of brand new coastal cuties. Anyways, while you have the planet selected, and have console open. Simply type in, the following. " planet_class pc_tropical "

And no, do not add the " symbol. I just did that to empathize things. Finally, that is just a small taste, I said it before and I'll say it again. I don't wish to waste time displaying "every" code. Thus, I'll do the next best thing and display the link to where you can find these console commands, interestingly. You can do much more, than simply change the size or class of a planet, you can also add modifiers to worlds of your choosing. In addition, to planetary features.

If you have to rewrite it anyway: Would be awesome if your mod gets compatible with mods like Gilles Planet Modifiers, so hat these planet modifiers are listed as well. Thanks for your work!

yeah dont worry mate my version of it too is fucked, coudlent figure out what the problem was, tried all the planet editors/ editor mods. they all cause a ctd 07

Yes, the latest patch change the planet functionality complete, this mod is not compatible with that and is not longer working!!! To bring it back i must write this mod complete new, this need time. Dont work with 2.20. Sry.

@LeonBrown001 Look litterally 1 comment down. it would requiere well over 20 excess pages(which are a pain to handle in mods that already have them) and would almost take way too much time to go code because if it is anything like HTML or XML it is 3-5 lines for 1 button

@Thymos more planet modifers please as there is some vannila missing and possible to crate a patch to go along with gullivers planet modifiers please i love your mod as it allows me to creat certain planets with a bit of back story

Thymos has talked about both before, GPM adds over 200 modifiers and just simply can't be done in any managable manner. And on Custom Pre-Sapients, he has been unable to add this because you can't open the species designer in game, only editor. He can't add primitives because, I believe, there is no event type trigger to spawn primitives like there are for presapients

I have no Idea if you where already thinking about these Ideas: Creation of pre-sentient with specific portraits (something like "Create Avian pre-sapient Avians/Humanoids etc.) or create some primitives? Would be cool.

Could you please add terraforming_candidate to the list of modifiers one can add? Full support for GPM would be nice as well, although I would understand if you felt that too demanding.

How can I reassign the enter hotkey to another menu option? It would save a lot of scrolling if I could just reassign it to whatever I need to keep repeating over and over at the time.

There needs to be a safegaurd implomented to prevent you from removing all tiles on a planet, I can't say how many times I accidentally removed too many tiles

Oh thank you for this. Been regenerating my galaxy for like an hour now, trying to find a really good loadout. Finally got one that's really cool looking and well spaced out, but my empire spawned surrounded by the fewest and tiniest worlds you could imagine.

There is a mod Tass cheats or something, that gives you the posibility to add rss to a specific tile, basically he gets around it by tying it to a placeholder building you build (instant build no rss cost) then you can through the mod meny add a variety of stuff to the tile, or tiles with those buildings on, you can even remove stuff. It's kinda need, but unfortunately you can only add 4 of any rss at a time which makes it very veary cheaty, very very fast :) Anyway, thought it could inspire you.

Specific tile is difficult, my solution is that research not stack with minerals, energy and food. More is not possible. In theory, I could change that food no more stack with the other resources but that makes it too complicated and in the vanilla game all stack with erverything. That's why I leave it that way.

Can you change tile modifiers as well? For example give more food to a specific tile, instead of randomly distributing additional food across the planet.

Adding the other mods modifiers is as simple as using their modifiers ID in the event script.
However because there are so many it is hard to even have all Vannilla ones on 1 page because of the ui size. If some one knew how to add pages and was willing to plug in modifiers making the script "shouldn't be too hard" However most add huge #s of modifiers and adding them all is time consuming and if certain mods use the same ID # then you would have to release seperately. which then becomes more work

Any chance that you can make a compatibility patch for legendary worlds 2.0 or some of the other planet modifier mods out there. Love your work, just wish I had a few more options then vanilla :) Still a must have mod and awesome work, it's just and idea :)
